Association for Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP)

Daniel Developments Unifies ACRP’s Brand Presence Across Multiple Platforms

The Association for Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) is a non-profit organization promoting excellence in clinical research. With a mission to advance the clinical research profession through education, networking, and advocacy, ACRP aims to provide its members with the resources and support they need to excel in their careers. To achieve this, ACRP recognized the need for a comprehensive digital transformation to consolidate its online presence and improve the user experience across multiple platforms.

Objectives

ACRP appointed Daniel Developments as the strategic lead and project manager responsible for overseeing the entire process of website integrations, redesign, and relaunch. Daniel Developments brought expertise in digital transformation, user experience design, and brand management to ensure a successful outcome.

Challenges

ACRP faced a fragmented online presence, with crucial user engagements dispersed across three digital channels: the public website, the Learning Management System (LMS), and the Account Management System (AMS). ACRP sought to redesign and re-present its website as a content management system (CMS) and integrate it with its transactional components (AMS) into one cohesive online experience.

Solutions

Daniel Developments led an initiative focused on testing user experience and brand consistency across all platforms members engage. In parallel, there was a focus on re-designing the navigation and other high-touch aspects of the website to reduce user confusion across platforms.

Results

In conclusion, ACRP’s proactive approach to revamping its digital channels and consolidating user engagements through website integration, redesign, and relaunch led to an improved member experience, strengthened brand reputation, and enhanced operational efficiency.
Integration between these channels led to clarity and satisfaction for their members and visitors.

Consolidate User Engagements: Shift a significant percentage of visitor and user engagements from the AMS and various partnership sites to the redesigned ACRPNet.org website.

Improve User Experience: Enhance member-centric navigation and usability, making it intuitive and seamless across the three digital channels (website, LMS, and AMS).

Enhance Brand Reputation: Apply the new Brand Arch (Voice and Tone) consistently across all online platforms, promoting ACRP’s values and mission.

By providing an intuitive and member-centric online experience, ACRP successfully positioned itself as a leading authority in the field of clinical research professionals.
